1. Head over to our collection of jewellery and have a browse. Once you have choosen which special piece you would like, add it to your basket. You will be directed to our secure online payment page where you can pay via credit/debit card. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

 

 

 

2. Once we receive your order we will send out your ashes collection welcome pack the next working day via 1st class delivery. This pack includes everything you need to send your ashes back to us. We recommend sending via recorded delivery to ensure the safety of your ashes during their journey to us.

3. Once we receive your welcome pack back into the studio, we will begin making your special keepsake for you. We will keep you updated via email or text and will conform when we have posted your keepsake back to you.
